The fitting warranty program allows unlimited parameter changes or cancellation for a charge of 7.50$ per lens within 90 days of original invoice. Where add-ons charges apply, the charge of a parameter change or cancellation will be 7.50$ per lens plus 50% of the add-on changes. |
